Arla Kesella is a type of fresh cheese which is often used in cooking, desserts and baking. Kesella ® is Arla Foods’ brand of quark. It’s made from skimmed milk, which is curdled by lactic acid culture and ystenzym to a smooth curd flavoured cream.
Goes well with desserts and cold dips and works well in hot dishes cooked in the oven. Not suitable for boiling.
