Wholemeal flour is used for classic graham bread, but it can also be added to wheat flour or sifting in order to obtain a better volume of the bread.
When baking with wholemeal flour, we suggest adding a dairy product, for example a little buttermilk. It helps to make the dough elastic and retain moisture in the bread. We also suggest using fresh yeast, instead of dry. You will find it here.
Store in a dark, dry place.
