Our No Rush courier deliveries will be shipped from our warehouse within 3-5 working days from placing your order with an overnight service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details and you can expect delivery the following day (unless your order is dispatched on a Friday, then you can expect delivery on the following Monday).
Please note that we will only dispatch orders during the week and we are unable to dispatch orders containing chilled or frozen goods on Fridays to prevent them from being in transit over the weekend.
No Rush shipping is free for orders over £75 (to most mainland UK postcodes).
Orders placed before 12 pm between Monday and Thursday are eligible for Next Day Guaranteed delivery. If you are cutting it close, please email [email protected] and we will be able to advise you on the delivery date of your order.
Please note that orders placed after 12 pm on a Thursday will NOT be dispatched until Monday for delivery on Tuesday. We do not ship or deliver over the weekend unless you have specifically chosen Saturday delivery as your shipping option.
We also offer Saturday Delivery if you wish to receive your order on a Saturday. Please place your order before 12 pm on Friday for Saturday delivery.
Please note we do not ship or deliver on bank holidays.
For non-urgent, ambient orders under 12 kilograms and up to £50 in value you will be able to choose EVRI as a shipping option. If you select EVRI, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within a few working days of placing your order. After dispatch, please note that EVRI will add 3-5 working days of handling time on top of this as your order. These orders are always only ambient orders, no chilled or frozen.
You can choose to pick up your order from our store in central London for free.
We deliver to our store for pick up on Tuesday and Thursday mornings during the low season. During busier seasons (e.g. Christmas) we deliver orders to the store more frequently and you will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pick up. During Christmas, we also offer contactless pick up from our Warehouse in Park Royal (NW10)
Customer collection orders will be sent with the next available shipment in to the store, providing stock is available. Please note that customer collection orders are sent from our warehouse to our store. If you order, for example, on a Saturday, your order will be ready for pick up on Tuesday. If you order on a Tuesday, pick up will be available on Thursday (subject to change). The deadline for store pick up is 12 pm the previous day, e.g. if you want to pick up your order on a Thursday, please place your order before 12 pm on Wednesday.
Please note that you have 7 days to pick up your order from our store before it will be returned back to our warehouse in Park Royal, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. We cannot store or hold on to orders.
Update 15th August 2023: We have now stopped shipping to Channel Islands, due to new tax regulations. We tried, but deliveries kept getting stuck so for now, we have decided to remove this shipping option. We may reopen this once the couriers have clearer processes.
We can ship some items to Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Shetland. We no longer ship to EU countries, due to Brexit . Delivery charges depend on location and will be advised at checkout once you have entered your shipping address. Deliveries to outer areas of UK are done within 3-5 working day basis and we do not accept any liability for any delays that occur with couriers.
Please note that we will ship your order within 3-5 working days and handling time of 3-5 working days comes on top of this.
Please note that we recommend only ordering dry and non-fragile goods outside the mainland UK. Drinks, jars and fresh items can be shipped outside of the mainland UK but we accept no liability for any fresh items being delayed in transit, nor do we accept liability for temperature controls of these items during transit – and no responsibility taken for breakages, custom delays or spoiling of the parcel. If you ask us to proceed with the order, we will ask you to send us a waiver before we proceed.

Our couriers do not offer PO box delivery. If you add a PO box address when you order, your goods may be rejected at the point of delivery and we will not accept responsibility – and no refunds will be made.
We offer free No Rush shipping for orders over £75 to most mainland UK postcodes only. Please note that No Rush deliveries will be usually shipped within 5 working days from placing your order with an overnight service.
Please note that if there are frozen items in your box, a surcharge of £8 will be added per order, regardless of postcode or other delivery charges. This cost purely covers part the cost of the specialist shipping box needed – and sadly, in recent months the cost of packaging has increased significantly so we have to add a charge for this special box and packaging to ensure your food arrives in good condition. We do ship some items chilled on purpose so they arrive defrosted – see individual items for specific details.
In the event that we offer free delivery as part of a promotion, the following terms and conditions apply:
Free shipping promotion covers standard No Rush shipping to most mainland UK postcodes. Maximum shipping cost covered is £4.99. Areas not covered include outlying isles, the Scottish highlands, Northern Ireland and some additional areas. If you are in an area not covered by standard shipping, please contact us to receive your personal shipping discount code for your area. Alcoholic beverages are excluded on all promotions. Minimum order of £40 required – or as specified in the promotion. One use per customer, one time use only, not transferable. We reserve the right to remove the offer at any time. Valid within specified time frame only. It is your own responsibility to select the free shipping option at checkout as made available by use of a promotion code. A free shipping coupon code cannot be used with any other offer or coupon. We may ship orders using Royal Mail, APC or DPD. Handling times may be up to 5-7 working days and we will email you once your order has been dispatched.

We use APC, DPD, Packfleet and Evri to deliver our parcels. The easiest way to track your delivery is to follow the link in your dispatch email.
Please note that once the order has left our warehouse it is your responsibility to receive it and inform the courier of any changes. In the event that you are not able to be in to receive your order, please notify the courier immediately so an alternative delivery date or address can be arranged.
If you have ordered fresh goods, due to the nature of the goods the couriers may be unable to hang on to the orders beyond the first delivery attempt; orders will be left at your own risk unless the courier is notified by you in due time about an alternative delivery address or date. The couriers are not able to contact you directly upon delivery. We strongly advise for you to leave delivery instructions for the courier of a safe place to leave your parcel in should you not be able to accept the delivery yourself.
All courier parcels have to be signed for, if instructions on where to leave your parcel have not been given.
